Establishing and maintaining very close and above all, long-lasting client- and brand relations are crucial for the permanent success of a company. With Brand Experience Research, a research approach is introduced that looks at consumer-brand-connections, while considering brand experience, as vital brand success factor, in a holistic way and from a new perspective. In doing so, a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods are demonstrated and discussion will take place regarding their contribution to the development of brand experience strategies.
